When will I receive my order?
Orders placed before November 15 will take 2 weeks to arrive. After that, we will be able to ship out immediately via FedEx. We have limited quantities at launch, so once we run out of our batch, the shipping time frame will be extended to 1 month. Each fridge is hand welded with care and thus, our process takes a bit longer.

How do I set up my fridge once it arrives?
First and foremost, you’re going to want an extra hand to bring the box inside. It’s around 145 lbs. Once it’s in, cut the straps and lift the box up and over. Open the fridge door and you’ll find the two legs in the top two racks. Lay the fridge on its back on 2 pieces of recyclable foam that come in the box. Screw them into the fridge, lift the fridge back up, attach the door handle, and move it into place. We recommend putting it directly against a wall. We designed it to fit that way, whereas most fridges need a gap.
Once you get in place, wait 24 hours to plug it in. This will give the compressor time to settle. Once you do plug it in and turn it on, it may be louder than usual for the first 12 hours just as it gets going. Protip: The fridge is quietest when it’s filled and placed against a wall!
Don’t worry, all this info is on the box, so you don’t have to remember how to do it.
What’s your return policy?
99.9% of people love their fridge. If for whatever reason, you don’t, you have 30 days to return it. We’ll work with you to coordinate a pick-up. You cover return shipping and we’ll cover everything else. Keep in mind, the fridge must be returned with legs and handle removed, and in original packaging. What’s the warranty?
Rocco comes with a 10 year warranty. That’s 10x longer than most wine fridges.

How much can I fit in a Rocco fridge?
Rocco can fit 27 bottles of wine, 88 cans of normal size soda or seltzer, 120 of the thin cans, or you can mix and match to keep a little bit of everything. If you have liquor bottles, you can store them on top, like a bar cart. The top has a raised edge to keep them from falling off. Protip: The fridge is quietest and most energy efficient when it’s filled!
How much space does it take up?
The Rocco fridge is 24” W x34” H x 16” D. It fits like a bar cart in your living room, dining room, home office, basement, you name it.
How do the reversible racks and adjustable height shelves work?
The racks can be removed and reversed to perfectly fit any type of bottle or can. On one side of the rack, the bars are thicker. That side is for wine bottles or the skinny cans you’ll sometimes see soda or cocktails in. On the other side of the rack, the bars are thinner. That side is perfect for beer bottles or regular sized cans.
What does it mean that you have the same compressor as Sub-Zero?
It means we use the same brand of inverter compressor that Sub-Zero uses – Embraco. Only the fancy fridges use it. It’s a triple threat: Ultra powerful, quiet, and energy-efficient. All at once.
What can I do with the app?
The app will be ready really, really soon. Once it’s live, you’ll be able to see inside your fridge from your phone and control all your fridge’s settings. You can turn it on and off, change the lights and temperature, and select the cooldown mode. There are 3 speeds depending on how fast you want your drinks to chill or how quiet you want your fridge to be.
How do I adjust the temperature?
There are two ways to adjust the temperature. 1. From the control panel on the fridge. There are two cooling zones and you can set each individually. You may want to keep seltzers in one and wine in another. 2. From the app. You’ll be able to set the temperature and also select the cooldown mode.
How many temperature zones does it have?
It has 2 zones so you can keep red wine separate from white, beer, seltzers, sodas, and more. We use precise temperature control technology, which maintains a constant and consistent temperature throughout each zone.
What temperature should I set my fridge?
Ideally, you will want to store red wines between 50° and 65° F and white wines should be stored between 40° and 50° F. It gets as cold as 37º F for soda, beer, Champagne, cold brew, kombucha, etc. We recommend 40º - 45º F depending on how chilled you like your drinks.
How does it compare to a wine fridge?
The Rocco Super Smart Fridge is as precise as a wine fridge, but with so many more features.
What it has in common: Both Rocco and premium wine fridges each have triple-pane glass doors for UV protection, precise temperature control up to 1º with humidity control and a charcoal filter, and multiple cooling zones to keep red and whites separate, and no rattling or vibration.
