We offer 2 options: Free economy delivery or a White Glove service for an additional $150.

With economy shipping, orders are delivered to the first dry area of your home or building (note: if you live in an apartment, this means the building entrance or garage, not your front door or up any stairs). White glove delivery orders are brought into your room of choice, unpacked, assembled, and packaging removed. You can check out our unboxing and setup instructions here.

The fridge weighs around 150 pounds in its packaging. This is because we used metal racks and steel that is 3x thicker than anything on the market for the frame. These premium materials are heavier, so you’ll need two people to move it inside and set it up. Trust us, it's worth it!

Regardless of what option you choose, you’ll receive tracking information once your fridge has shipped, and our delivery partner will contact you to schedule your delivery.

Orders are usually delivered within 1-3 weeks, often sooner. Because this is a bigger item (150 pounds in packaging), it travels via freight rather than parcel. You’ll receive tracking information as soon as our delivery partner picks up your fridge from the warehouse, and they will contact you to schedule your delivery once it arrives in your area.

First and foremost, you’re going to want an extra hand to bring the box inside. It’s around 145 lbs. Once it’s in, cut the straps and lift the box up and over. Open the fridge door and you’ll find the two legs in the top two racks. Lay the fridge on its back on 2 pieces of recyclable foam that come in the box. Screw them into the fridge, lift the fridge back up, attach the door handle, and move it into place. We recommend putting it directly against a wall. We designed it to fit that way, whereas most fridges need a gap.

Once you get in place, wait 24 hours to plug it in. This will give the compressor time to settle. Once you do plug it in and turn it on, it may be louder than usual for the first 12 hours just as it gets going. Protip: The fridge is quietest when it’s filled and placed against a wall!

Don’t worry, all this info is on the box, so you don’t have to remember how to do it.

If you live alone or in a walk-up building, we recommend upgrading to white glove so someone can set up your fridge for you.

99.9% of people love their fridge. If for whatever reason, you don’t, you have 30 days to return it. We’ll work with you to coordinate a pick-up. You cover return shipping and we’ll cover everything else. Keep in mind, the fridge must be returned with legs and handle removed, and in original packaging. Rocco comes with a 10 year warranty. That’s 10x longer than most wine fridges. 

Rocco can fit 27 bottles of wine, 88 cans of normal size soda or seltzer, 120 of the thin cans, or you can mix and match to keep a little bit of everything. The number of bottles of wine you can fit depend on the size of the bottle. You can fit 27 Bordeaux bottles, but not as many of other size bottles. Please check our manual linked in the footer to see the different configurations. If you have liquor bottles, you can store them on top, like a bar cart. The top has a raised edge to keep them from falling off. Protip: The fridge is quietest and most energy efficient when it’s filled!

Yes!

We know that in some photos the door looks green. It's actually clear with a slight tint. It's extremely neutral to match with whatever furniture or decor surrounds it. We only ever made and offer one door color. We shot some images on film photography and that's why the door color looks different in different photos. We apologize for the confusion!

Unfortunately, we use a special hinge so the door and handle cannot be reversed. There's only the one configuration you see in our photography.

The Rocco fridge is 24” W x 34.5” H x 16” D. The height starts at the bottom of the feet, and you can't remove the feet. It fits like a bar cart in your living room, dining room, home office, basement, you name it. It can be placed on any floor, including carpet or a rug.

The app is currently only available on Apple devices. We have plans to role out an app for Android later this year.

The racks can be removed and reversed to perfectly fit any type of bottle or can. On one side of the rack, the bars are thicker. That side is for wine bottles or the skinny cans you’ll sometimes see soda or cocktails in. On the other side of the rack, the bars are thinner. That side is perfect for beer bottles or regular sized cans. 

It means we use the same brand of inverter compressor that Sub-Zero uses – Embraco. Only the fancy fridges use it. It’s a triple threat: Ultra powerful, quiet, and energy-efficient. All at once.

When you get your fridge, your Sight System will enter learning mode as it gets to know your drinks. After 4 weeks, if you don't start to see your drinks in your fridge, please let us know and we'll make sure you're all set up. You can also turn your fridge on and off, change the lights and temperature, and select the cooldown mode. There are 3 speeds depending on how fast you want your drinks to chill or how quiet you want your fridge to be.

There are two ways to adjust the temperature. 1. From the control panel on the fridge. There are two cooling zones and you can set each individually. You may want to keep seltzers in one and wine in another. 2. From the app. You’ll be able to set the temperature and also select the cooldown mode.

It has 2 zones so you can keep red wine separate from white, beer, seltzers, sodas, and more. We use precise temperature control technology, which maintains a constant and consistent temperature throughout each zone. 

Ideally, you will want to store red wines between 50° and 65° F and white wines should be stored between 40° and 50° F. It gets as cold as 37º F for soda, beer, Champagne, cold brew, kombucha, etc. We recommend 40º - 45º F depending on how chilled you like your drinks.

The Rocco Super Smart Fridge is as precise as a wine fridge, but with so many more features.

What it has in common: Both Rocco and premium wine fridges each have triple-pane glass doors for UV protection, precise temperature control up to 1º with humidity control and a charcoal filter, and multiple cooling zones to keep red and whites separate, and no rattling or vibration.  

What’s different: The Rocco fridge takes it up a notch. We have 100%+ over extension shelves so nothing ever gets stuck in the back, our steel is 3x thicker than anything on the market making it more durable, we come with a 10 year warranty instead of 1, and it’s designed to perfectly fit all drink types. With reversible racks and adjustable height shelving, you can perfectly fit soda, seltzer, wine, beer, canned cocktails, Champagne, non-alc drinks, cold brew, and so much more. The top has a built-in edge to keep storing bottles effortless (like a bar cart) and it comes with a tray for serving because drinks were designed to be shared.

It was designed to be freestanding first, but fits undercounter too. Just leave 2” behind it during the installation.

We have an exclusive in-store partnership with Nordstrom, however since we're backordered, they're currently sold out. We've had to remove the fridges from their floor, but they'll be back later this year. We don't know exact timing, so we recommend ordering directly through us in the meantime!
