The Cream fridge is made in collaboration with Las Jaras and includes a membership to their Club with 6 complimentary bottles and 6 cans included in your first shipment. Shipping, returns & warranty

Shipping

We offer 2 options: Free economy delivery or a White Glove service for an additional $150.

White glove delivery orders are brought into your room of choice, unpacked, assembled, and packaging removed.

Regardless of what option you choose, you’ll receive tracking information once your fridge has shipped, and our delivery partner will contact you to schedule your delivery.

Orders are usually delivered within 1-3 weeks, often sooner.

Returns

You have 30 days to return your Rocco. We’ll work with you to coordinate a pick-up. You cover return shipping and we’ll cover everything else. Keep in mind, the fridge must be returned with legs and handle removed, and in original packaging.

Warranty

Rocco comes with a 10 year warranty. That’s 10x longer than most wine fridges!

Why aren't Greeen and Cream on sale for Black Friday?

Our White, Graphite, and Yellow fridges are the only colors on sale. The Cream and Green fridges are both limited edition and will be sold out by the end of the season. Because we have limited quantities and they come with free goodies, they will not be discounted. The Cream fridge is made in partnership with Las Jaras and comes with $350 worth of drinks. The Green fridge also comes with free extras depending on when you order.

What states does Las Jaras ship to?

Las Jaras can ship bottles to every state except Arkansas, Delaware, Mississippi, New Hampshire, North Dakota, Rhode Island, South Dakota, and Utah. If you live in one of those states, they will send you their beautiful Biggen tote instead.

How do the Cream and White fridges differ?

Our cream color is a warmer, softer tone compared to our original white, which is a more crisp, pure shade. The cream has a subtle beige undertone and is beautifully paired with a gold handle to match the Las Jaras bottles. The Cream also includes a Las Jaras Club membership with 6 free bottles (worth $350). It's limited edition and will sell out soon! What's the difference between this and other fridges?

Rocco was reimagined from the ground up as a sleeker, higher-performing, and smarter. Unlike most other fridges, it can be standalone in your living room with a top that replaces your bar cart. It can sit flush against the wall and has a slim frame (16") to minimize its footprint. It uses a high end compressor so it's ultra quiet, has dual temperature zones, and the shelving system fits wine bottles, but also Champagne, seltzer, beer, and more. When paired with our app, you can see inside your fridge from your phone while you're at the grocery store using the patent-pending Sight System. Lastly, it comes with a 10 year warranty where as most come with 1.

When will my free drinks arrive?

If you ordered a White, Yellow, or Graphite fridge, your two cases of Aura Bora will arrive within 2 weeks of you placing your order. They ship directly from Aura Bora and arrive separately from your fridge.

If you ordered a Green fridge, your Kin Matchatini and Bloom cans will arrive within 3 weeks of you placing your order. They ship directly from Kin and arrive separately from your fridge.

If you ordered a Cream fridge, you'll receive an email invite to join the Las Jaras Wine Club where you can sign up to receive your complimentary shipment of bottles.
